Christian Dior E-Business, Digital & CRM Intern

- Assist the E-business and CRM Executive with daily tasks.
- Contribute to the development of E-retail, E-Commerce, and CRM strategies in the BeLux market.
- Ensure effective delivery of e-retail trade plans.
- Support the development of dior.com through toolbox activation to recruit, convert, and retain customers.
- Facilitate the roll-out of digital campaigns.
- Deliver CRM plans focused on expanding a qualified database for Department Stores and dior.com.
- Collaborate with PCD Headquarters E-Retail team on local E-retail strategy and implementation.
- Develop and deliver assets for online visibility of key launches.
- Optimize Parfums Christian Dior brand image and visibility across all E-Retail channels.
- Work with PCD Headquarters E-Commerce team on Dior.com expansion and feature implementation in Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media activation.
- Follow up on translations with the agency.
- Implement CRM strategy and build yearly CRM activations with retailers.
- Provide monthly E-Newsletter on Dior and competitors' E-Trade activities and E-commerce activations.
- Survey and report on Grey Market and Pure Players activities.
- Business school degree, preferably with a specialization in Digital or E-Business.
- Previous marketing experience required; digital experience advantageous.
- Experience in the beauty or luxury sector is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong task ownership and quality-oriented mindset.
- Resourceful and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Understanding and defending brand DNA.
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
- Impeccable written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Beginner level experience in marketing, with a preference for digital exposure.
Business school degree, preferably with a specialization in Digital or E-Business.
