- Collaborate with the E-Retail team at PCD Headquarters to define and implement local E-retail strategies.
- Develop and deliver assets for online visibility of key product launches, ensuring timely execution.
- Optimize the brand image and visibility of Parfums Christian Dior across all E-Retail channels.
- Work with the E-Commerce team on the expansion and enhancement of Dior.com in Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media activation.
- Oversee translation processes with external agencies.
- Implement CRM strategies focusing on database growth and segmentation for Department Stores and Dior.com.
- Develop annual CRM activations aligned with Trade Marketing and Media strategies.
- Produce a monthly E-Newsletter detailing Dior and competitor E-Trade activities and E-commerce initiatives.
- Monitor and report on Grey Market and Pure Players activities.
- Enrollment in a business school, preferably with a specialization in Digital or E-Business.
- Previous marketing experience is mandatory; digital experience is advantageous.
- Experience in the beauty or luxury sector is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong task ownership and quality-oriented mindset.
- Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Understanding and advocacy of brand DNA.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; Dutch is a plus.
- Impeccable written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Beginner level experience required, with a background in marketing and an interest in digital platforms.
Currently enrolled in a business school, ideally with a focus on Digital or E-Business.
