Parfums Christian Dior E-Business, Digital & CRM Assistant

- Collaborate with PCD Headquarters E-Retail team to define and implement local E-retail strategy for top retailers.
- Develop and deliver assets for online visibility of key launches, ensuring timely execution.
- Optimize Parfums Christian Dior brand image and visibility across all E-Retail channels.
- Work with PCD Headquarters E-Commerce team on Dior.com expansion in Belgium and implementation in Luxembourg.
- Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media activations.
- Coordinate with translation agencies for content localization.
- Collaborate with PR Agency and Dior.com central team to drive traffic and sales.
- Participate in the local roll-out of the Dior Insiders Program.
- Implement CRM strategy focusing on building a qualified Department Stores database and Dior.com segmentation.
- Develop annual CRM activations with retailers in alignment with Trade Marketing and Media focus.
- Provide a monthly e-newsletter detailing Dior and competitors' E-Trade activities and e-commerce activations.
- Monitor and report on Grey Market and Pure Players activities.
- Business school education, preferably with a specialization in Digital or E-Business.
- First experience in marketing is required.
- Experience in the beauty industry is advantageous.
- Fluent in French or Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and advocate for the brand DNA.
- Strong priority management for self and team.
- Results-driven, creative, and a team player.
- Energetic, sociable, and communicative.
Beginner level experience in marketing, with a preference for those with exposure to the beauty industry.
Business school degree, ideally with a focus on Digital or E-Business.
Hybrid working mode allowing flexibility between remote and on-site work.
