1. Partner with business teams to plan and drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
2. Execute digital initiatives aligned with the digital vision of Parfums Christian Dior and the LVMH Group.
3. Define objectives, scope, and expected impact of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment among stakeholders.
4. Establish KPIs and track performance to assess results and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
5. Lead multiple digital transformation initiatives across their full lifecycle, from planning and execution to post-launch optimization.
6. Manage priorities, timelines, and issues to ensure steady progress of projects.
7. Address challenges and changes proactively, working with stakeholders to identify practical and effective solutions.
8. Act as a key liaison between business teams, IT, and external partners.
9. Balance business requirements with system and technical constraints to reach optimal solutions.
10. Clearly communicate project status, key topics, and next steps to stakeholders and management.
11. Contribute to customer-facing digital initiatives across E-Commerce, CRM, LINE, and other omnichannel touchpoints.
12. Support internal digitalization initiatives aimed at improving processes and ways of working.
13. Maintain a user-centric mindset and continuously refine solutions based on feedback and insights.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience leading digital or digital transformation initiatives, either in-house or within a digital agency, service provider, or consulting environment.
2. Strong business mindset with the ability to understand commercial objectives and translate them into actionable digital initiatives.
3. Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
6. High level of curiosity and a genuine passion for digital transformation, emerging technologies, and evolving client experiences.

1. Hands-on experience managing digital projects or programs end-to-end, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and delivery governance.
2. Solid understanding of key digital solutions such as E-commerce platforms, CRM, Social CRM, and LINE-related tools or applications.
3. Ability to bridge business strategy and digital execution.
4. Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.

Minimum 5 years of experience leading digital or digital transformation initiatives, preferably within the luxury, retail, or consumer goods sectors.
