Distribution Project Manager

LVMH Beauty Tech is the IT/IS team dedicated to LVMH’s Beauty Division, consisting of over 1000 experts across 27 countries. The team is responsible for building, supporting, and operating innovative solutions that provide business value to LVMH Beauty Maisons such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Loewe, and Benefit. The division is undergoing a significant transformation to support its fast-paced growth, aiming to enhance IT Tech components and accelerate development.

1. Drive the implementation of IT solutions for the Sales & Distribution domain across multiple Maisons and their distribution networks.
2. Manage external resources for both project delivery and ongoing application maintenance and support.
3. Define system enhancements, create functional specifications, configure SAP processes, and conduct thorough testing.
4. Lead scoping and optimization studies, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
5. Ensure solution consistency and seamless integration with other functional areas.
6. Participate in cross-functional projects to deploy new solutions, processes, functionalities, and optimizations.
7. Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of IT applications.
8. Contribute to departmental reporting, including budget tracking and KPI monitoring.

1. 10+ years of experience as an SAP SD expert.
2. Knowledge of SAP logistics integration with other modules and solutions is a plus.
3. Proven experience leading SAP SD projects proactively, ideally within the retail or related industries.

2. Ability to adapt and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders in an international, matrixed environment.
3. Excellent communication skills in both English and French.

Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP SD expert.
