LVMH Beauty Tech, a division of the esteemed LVMH Group, is the dedicated IT/IS team for LVMH's Beauty Division, encompassing renowned brands such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, and Loewe. With over 1,000 experts across 27 countries, LVMH Beauty Tech is committed to delivering innovative solutions that drive business value and support the unique needs of each Maison within the Beauty Division.

1. Drive the implementation of IT solutions for the Sales & Distribution domain across multiple Maisons and their distribution networks.
2. Manage external resources for project delivery and ongoing application maintenance and support.
3. Define system enhancements, create functional specifications, configure SAP processes, and conduct thorough testing.
4. Lead scoping and optimization studies, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
5. Ensure solution consistency and seamless integration with other functional areas, collaborating closely with Enterprise Architects and Integration experts.
6. Participate in cross-functional projects to deploy new solutions, processes, functionalities, and optimizations.
7. Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of IT applications, either directly or through designated partners.
8. Contribute to departmental reporting, including budget tracking and KPI monitoring.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP SD expert.
2. Proven experience leading SAP SD projects, ideally within the retail or related industries.

1. Knowledge of SAP logistics integration with other modules and solutions is a plus.
2. Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to adapt and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders in an international, matrixed environment.
4. Excellent communication skills in both English and French.

Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP SD expert, with proven leadership in SAP SD projects, preferably within the retail or related industries.
