1. Manage the supply of retail outlets to maximize product availability.
2. Utilize and manage IT tools to optimize supply chain parameters.
3. Monitor and report on service, stock, and process performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
4. Facilitate market engagement through workshops, training sessions, and performance reviews.
5. Contribute to business development through project workshops and testing.
6. Communicate effectively within the team and across departments to foster cohesion and continuous improvement.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and optimize processes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from a top-tier institution.
2. Significant experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, and Planning.

2. Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset.
3. Proficiency in IT tools such as SAP, Excel, Anaplan, Power BI.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, and Planning.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
