1. Manage the supply chain for retail outlets to maximize product availability.
2. Optimize and monitor IT system parameters for efficient operations.
3. Track and communicate service, stock, and process results, implementing actions to maintain or improve KPIs.
4. Facilitate market engagement through workshops, training sessions, and performance reviews.
5. Contribute to business development during project workshops and conduct tests.
6. Foster team communication for cohesion, transparency, and continuous improvement.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac +5) from a prestigious institution.
2. Significant experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, and Planning.

1. Strong client and results orientation with a focus on process adherence.
2. Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset.
3. Proficiency in IT tools such as SAP, Excel, Anaplan, Power BI.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Ability to work autonomously within established frameworks.
7. Adaptability to a rapidly evolving business environment.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field, ideally within Distribution, Supply Chain, or Planning.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac +5)
