1. Manage the supply of retail points to maximize product availability.
2. Utilize and manage IT tools to optimize supply chain processes.
3. Monitor and communicate results regarding service, stock, and processes.
4. Facilitate market engagement through workshops, training, and performance reviews.
5. Contribute to business development through project workshops and testing.
6. Communicate within the team to ensure cohesion and continuous improvement.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 from a top engineering or business school.
2. Significant experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, and Planning.

1. Client and results-oriented with attention to process.
2. Analytical, organized, proactive, and structured.
3. Proficiency in IT tools such as SAP, Excel, Anaplan, Power BI.
4. Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.
5. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
6. Ability to work autonomously while respecting established frameworks.
7. Team-oriented with resilience under pressure and adaptability.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, and Planning.

Bachelor's degree +5 from a top engineering or business school.
