- Prepare annual strategic presentations on retail issues, aligning distribution strategy with company objectives.
- Define and promote the retail strategy, focusing on distribution elevation and operational efficiency.
- Conduct strategic analyses to support the evolution of distribution strategy, collaborating with central teams.
- Promote distribution principles and strategy to central and local retail teams, ensuring adoption.
- Monitor network expansion and participate in retail development project reviews.
- Serve as the reference point for distribution data and concepts, maintaining a global sales point reference.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure data availability and contribute to the evolution of distribution tools.
- Ensure the monitoring of retail performance and define action plans to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Deploy Google Business Profile across key markets, ensuring optimal distribution network coverage.
- Manage a team of two collaborators.
- Advanced degree (Bac+5) from a business or engineering school.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in retail or strategic consulting.
- Proven knowledge of retail and/or the beauty industry.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic business development acumen.
- Excellent command of Excel.
- Ability to synthesize, analyze, and present complex information.
- Flexibility and agility in a dynamic environment.
- Strong brand sensitivity and execution excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to present and defend ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability in an international setting.

- Proficiency in French and English.
