1. Lead the operational regulatory affairs team for cosmetics and OTC drugs within the LVMH Beauty scope of brands.
2. Serve as the primary liaison with governmental agencies in the USA and Canada regarding cosmetics and OTC drug regulations.
3. Operationalize new laws and regulations for cosmetics and OTC drugs in the USA and Canada.
4. Represent the company on scientific topics at US and Canadian trade associations.
5. Identify and implement opportunities in operational regulatory affairs to advance the Beauty business.
6. Collaborate with the Strategy and Advocacy regulatory team to assess the impact of regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
7. Provide leadership on operational questions related to cosmetics and OTC drug regulations.
8. Oversee the preparation, submission, and maintenance of regulatory records and KPIs for the USA and Canada.
9. Lead and deliver on key projects within timelines and regulatory compliance.
10. Develop and mentor team members to enhance regulatory skills and strategic growth.
11. Communicate operational impacts of regulations to teams effectively.

1. Professional experience in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Legal, or related science.
2. Minimum of 10 years in Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs.
3. At least 5 years of people-management experience.
4. Fluent knowledge of USA and Canada cosmetic and drug regulations.
5. Fluency or working knowledge of French is advantageous.

2. Ability to interpret and apply regulations effectively.
3. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for complex regulatory issues.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Excel.
6. Ability to meet internal and governmental deadlines with high accuracy.

A minimum of 10 years in Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Professional experience in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Legal, or related science.

The salary range is $160,000.00 - $200,000.00, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
