- Develop and implement the Men's Fragrance strategy to achieve ambitious business targets while maintaining brand integrity.
- Lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve collective objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis and communicate Men's Fragrance sales performance, addressing challenges and leveraging positive trends.
- Maintain competitive intelligence and customer insights for the North American Fragrance market to ensure competitive advantage.
- Build and nurture relationships with Marketing counterparts in HQ/France to align and optimize global brand strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Media, PR, Influencer, Sales, Education, and Visual Merchandising teams to execute localized 360-activation plans.
- Coordinate with Planning, Finance, and Sales teams to forecast new product launches and manage core inventory.
- Develop pricing strategies for Fragrance programs and assist in preparing company price increase recommendations.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Marketing
- Extensive knowledge of the fragrance category
- Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis
- Ability to travel (10-15%)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Marketing, with a focus on the fragrance category.
Salary range of $160,000-$200,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
