Parfums Christian Dior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

- Serve as a senior financial advisor and business partner to the Beauty Tech Americas CIO, providing strategic direction and insights.
- Collaborate with regional Maisons finance partners to ensure timely and accurate financial information is available.
- Lead the end-to-end FP&A cycle, including budget development, monthly closings, and reporting.
- Drive consistency, accuracy, and discipline in financial reporting and performance tracking.
- Foster a culture of proactive financial partnership, delivering insights clearly and concisely.
- Engage with operational teams to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Champion continuous improvement in FP&A processes, seeking opportunities for digitalization and automation.
- Lead initiatives to streamline financial processes and enhance data integrity.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of new analytical tools to improve forecasting and reporting capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, preferably in the luxury, retail, or beauty industry
- Comfortable in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to deliver information clearly and concisely
- Effective communication skills and ability to use data to assemble a narrative
- Ability to challenge the status quo positively

Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a preference for experience in the luxury, retail, or beauty sectors.
Bachelor's degree required.
Salary range: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
