1. Serve as a senior financial advisor and business partner to the Beauty Tech Americas CIO, providing strategic direction and insights.
2. Collaborate with regional Maisons finance partners to ensure timely and accurate financial information is available.
3. Lead the end-to-end FP&A cycle, including budget development, monthly closings, and reporting.
4. Drive consistency, accuracy, and discipline in financial reporting and performance tracking.
5. Foster a culture of proactive financial partnership, delivering insights clearly and concisely.
6. Engage with operational teams to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
7. Champion continuous improvement in FP&A processes, seeking opportunities for digitalization and automation.
8. Lead initiatives to streamline financial processes and enhance data integrity.
9. Support the evaluation and implementation of new analytical tools to improve forecasting and reporting capabilities.

1. Bachelor’s degree required
2. 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, preferably in the luxury, retail, or beauty industry
3. Comfortable in a dynamic work environment
4. Ability to deliver information clearly and concisely
5. Effective communication skills and ability to use data to assemble a narrative
6. Ability to challenge the status quo positively

Salary range: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
