- Oversee the operational management of Dior Hotel Spas including Dior Spa Cheval Blanc Paris, Dior Spa Plaza Athénée, and Dior Spa Eden-Roc.
- Anticipate operational needs and respond to daily requests.
- Continuously update brochures and other editorial materials.
- Develop a Spa activation plan and corresponding communication strategy.
- Participate in the opening of new Dior Spa projects worldwide, including permanent and pop-up Spas.
- Contribute to the creation of each Spa's concept.
- Collaborate with the architecture team for project briefs and follow-ups.
- Develop a Treatment Menu and new Treatment protocols with the Training Team.
- Create a unique and experiential customer journey.
- Assist in creating a communication and omnichannel strategy for each opening.
- Coordinate the development of various editorial materials with agencies.
- Ensure precise operational follow-up for orders and reception of all necessary elements for Spa openings.
- Participate in the planning and execution of opening events such as Inauguration Evenings, Wellness Retreats, and Press Conferences.
- Conduct monthly business reporting for Permanent and Pop-Up Spas.
- Enhance the client experience by developing high-quality linens and uniforms.
- Implement and manage the referencing of Dior Couture articles used within the Spas.
- Conduct competitive analysis in the holistic and technological wellness sector.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
- Organized, versatile, rigorous, and open-minded.
- Passionate about cosmetics and luxury with ideally a first significant experience in this field.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Project management involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and French.
Ideal candidates will have a foundational experience in operational marketing or development within the cosmetics or luxury sector.
Master's degree in progress in Business or equivalent.
Participants will engage in a comprehensive integration with training modules on Dior's heritage, products, and processes, networking opportunities, HR coaching, and the chance to develop and present a business project to top management.
