1. Drive beauty sales by achieving sales targets and promoting the brand.
2. Provide personalized luxury service to customers.
3. Expertly present and apply makeup and skincare products to inspire clients.
4. Proactively sell products and provide a luxury standard of service.
5. Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
6. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
7. Propose personalized products to clients and develop personal relationships to gain loyalty.
8. Introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme to clients.
9. Participate in merchandise management and ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to ensure sufficient levels.
11. Adhere to company procedures and policies.
12. Update client data and sales information using the ipos tool.
13. Develop and utilize customer database for clientele building.

1. Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
2. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.

Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
