1. Drive beauty sales by achieving sales targets while promoting the brand.
2. Provide personalized luxury service to customers.
3. Demonstrate expertise in makeup and skincare to inspire and acquire new clients.
4. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service.
5. Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
6. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
7. Initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
8. Develop personal relationships with clients and gain loyalty through the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme.
9. Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
10. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
11. Monitor stock levels and report any issues.
12. Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
13. Update client data including all sales and client profiles in the ipos tool.
14. Develop and utilize customer database to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.

1. Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
2. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.

Previous experience in luxury, consultative sales is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
