- Drive beauty sales by achieving sales targets and promoting the brand.
- Provide personalized luxury service to customers.
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup and skincare to inspire and gain new clients.
- Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and maintain a high standard of service.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
- Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
- Initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
- Develop personal relationships with clients and introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme.
- Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
- Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report any issues.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Update client data and sales information in the ipos tool.
- Utilize customer database to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.
- Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
- Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
- Creative with the ability to evoke emotions through fragrance.
- Tenacious and willing to ensure customers receive the best luxury service.
- Driven and results-oriented with a focus on growing the business.
- Self-confident with strong selling skills.
- Immaculately groomed and presented.
Previous experience in luxury, consultative sales is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
