1. Drive beauty sales by achieving sales targets and promoting the brand.
2. Provide personalized luxury service to customers.
3. Demonstrate expertise in makeup and skincare to inspire and gain new clients.
4. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and maintain a high standard of service.
5. Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
6. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
7. Initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
8. Develop personal relationships with clients and introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme.
9. Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
10. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
11. Monitor stock levels and report any issues.
12. Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
13. Update client data and sales information in the ipos tool.
14. Utilize customer database to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.

1. Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
2. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.

2. Tenacious and willing to ensure customers receive the best luxury service.
3. Driven and results-oriented with a focus on growing the business.
4. Self-confident with strong selling skills.
5. Immaculately groomed and presented.

Previous experience in luxury, consultative sales is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
