Parfums Christian Dior Digital Specialist

- Establish and execute the vision and strategy for e-retail and e-commerce in alignment with brand and digital objectives.
- Develop e-retail channels and cultivate strong client relationships across the market.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and monitor the annual e-retail plan to enhance visibility across e-retailers' media and tools.
- Lead the technical development of e-retail online media visibilities, including newsletters and banners.
- Oversee digital communication and social media activity for e-retail and e-commerce.
- Collaborate with departments such as CRM, marketing, sales, PR, finance, customer service, and IT.
- Develop innovative concepts and adapt digital strategies for brand development.
- Collect and analyze data to extract actionable insights and recommend strategic changes.
- Deliver market insights and recommendations to enhance brand growth in the digital environment.
- Manage budget effectively and inspire the digital team with e-retail development ideas.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the cosmetic industry
- Strong motivation and passion for the luxury market
- Proactivity and an entrepreneurial approach
- High-end quality execution focus
- Creativity and imagination
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in e-retail and e-commerce
- In-depth knowledge of visual e-merchandising, SEO, and online marketing concepts
- Fluency in Polish and advanced English communication skills
- High proficiency in MS Office tools
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably within the cosmetics industry, with a strong understanding of e-retail and e-commerce.
University degree
