Christian Dior Digital Sales Manager
Parfums Christian Dior, a prestigious entity within the Parfums & Cosmétiques division, is renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation in the luxury fragrance and cosmetics sector. - Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 franchised and independent clients, as well as company-owned stores, with a focus on progressive growth.
- Oversee sell-out performance metrics, including revenue and market share, and achieve targets using various levers such as RFA, sales drivers, challenges, and training.
- Drive sell-in performance and meet objectives through strategic planning and execution.
- Negotiate annual commercial agreements with each client and ensure their proper implementation.
- Ensure the brand's image is upheld at all points of sale.
- Develop remote visit processes for sell-in and sell-out in collaboration with the National Sales Director and the Sales Administration team.
- Proven track record in field sales with experience managing a sell-in and sell-out client portfolio.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with expertise in client relations and negotiation.
- In-depth understanding of sell-in and sell-out dynamics and legal knowledge related to distribution contracts.
- Excellent analytical abilities and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom.

A minimum of 5 years of successful field experience managing a sell-in and sell-out client portfolio.
The role offers the opportunity to work remotely, Monday through Friday, with a start date in early September.
