- Manage and resolve technical issues related to the MyDior application, ensuring seamless operation for Dior Beauty Advisors worldwide.
- Support international markets by ensuring effective communication and content delivery through the MyDior platform.
- Organize and lead biannual calls with global markets to discuss application performance and updates.
- Facilitate training sessions on MyDior, its back-office functionalities, Power BI, and SkillsUp.
- Assist in the deployment of new features across various markets.
- Maintain and analyze databases to optimize training KPIs and ensure data accuracy.
- Support the central team by training new members on MyDior and other digital tools.
- Create digital training content for various product axes, including fragrance, makeup, skincare, fashion accessories, and client development.
- Develop engaging content for the MyDior platform, including articles, communications, and community animations.
- Monitor and update training modules for client development and managerial skills, ensuring alignment with brand and retail objectives.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on digital project management or training.
- Fluent in French and English (C1-C2 level).
- Previous internship experience in digital project management or training is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Power BI and Canva.
- Adaptability and a collaborative spirit.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Entry-level, ideally with prior internship experience in digital project management or training.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
