- Assist the Digital Project Manager in overseeing and animating the MyDior mobile application for international Beauty Advisors.
- Ensure the seamless operation of the MyDior application and facilitate content transmission to Dior Beauty Advisors.
- Maintain an accurate database to optimize training KPIs.
- Analyze training results and monitor KPIs across markets.
- Provide strategic recommendations for deployment, engagement, and performance based on market KPIs.
- Organize and present biannual calls with all markets.
- Address market requests and troubleshoot back-office issues with the app.
- Train new market entrants on MyDior, its back office, Power BI, Wooclap, and other digital tools.
- Support markets in deploying new features and creating local content.
- Train new team members on MyDior and its back office.
- Assist the five axes (fragrance, makeup, skincare, fashion accessories, and client development) with content creation in MyDior.
- Occasionally create digital trainings for the axes in MyDior.
- Monitor new digital tools for integration into training programs.
- Participate in the integration and deployment of new MyDior features.
- Collaborate with partner agencies for feature creation and deployment.
- Create and integrate news on the MyDior platform.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content for the application.
- Pursuing a degree in Business School or University, with a BAC +4 or 5 level.
- Seeking a challenging experience in a prestigious Maison with responsibilities and autonomous projects.
- Highly organized, versatile, meticulous, and open-minded.
- Interest in new technologies.
- Strong adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
