Christian Dior Digital Project Assistant Intern

1. Support international markets to ensure the effective operation of the MyDior training application and the accurate dissemination of content to Dior Beauty Advisors.
2. Maintain a precise database to optimize training KPIs.
3. Analyze results and monitor training KPIs across markets.
4. Provide recommendations and support for deployment, engagement, and performance strategies based on market KPIs for upcoming quarters.
5. Organize and present biannual calls with all markets.
6. Address market requests and issues related to the application's back office.
7. Train new market entrants on MyDior, its back office, Power BI, Wooclap, and other digital tools.
8. Assist markets in deploying new features and creating local content (guidelines, organizational support, etc.).
9. Train new team members on MyDior and its back office.
10. Support the five axes (fragrance, makeup, skincare, fashion accessories, and client development) in content creation within MyDior.
11. Occasionally create digital training for the axes in MyDior.
12. Train the axes on all digital tools.
13. Monitor new digital tools for integration into training pathways.
14. Participate in the integration and deployment of new MyDior features.
15. Collaborate with partner agencies for feature creation and deployment.
16. Create news and integrate it on the MyDior platform.
17. Participate in creating engaging content for the application (filming, writing, agency briefing, etc.).

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business School or University, with a BAC +4 or 5 level.
2. Previous internship experience in digital project management and/or training, learning.
