- Assist the Digital Project Manager in overseeing and animating the MyDior mobile application for international Beauty Advisors.
- Ensure the seamless operation of the MyDior training application and effective content delivery to Dior Beauty Advisors.
- Maintain an accurate database to optimize training KPIs.
- Analyze training results and monitor KPIs across markets.
- Provide strategic recommendations for deployment, engagement, and performance based on market KPIs.
- Organize and present biannual calls with all markets.
- Address market requests, particularly concerning the application's back office.
- Train new market entrants on MyDior, its back office, Power BI, Wooclap, and other digital tools.
- Support markets in deploying new features and creating local content.
- Educate new team members on MyDior and its back office.
- Collaborate with five axes (fragrance, makeup, skincare, fashion accessories, and client development) on content creation within MyDior.
- Occasionally create digital training for the axes in MyDior.
- Monitor new digital tools for potential integration into training programs.
- Participate in the integration and deployment of new MyDior features.
- Collaborate with partner agencies for feature creation and deployment.
- Develop news content and integrate it into the MyDior platform.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content for the application, including filming, writing, and agency briefs.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business School or University, with a BAC +4 or 5 level.
- Previous internship experience in digital project management and/or training, learning.
- Fluency in French and English (C1-C2 level).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
