Parfums Christian Dior Digital Media Specialist

- Collaborate with Regional/Central Media teams and agencies to support advertising campaigns across paid social, SEM, display, and video online, ensuring adherence to Central guidelines, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with media agencies for successful campaign execution, including media briefings, securing media plan approvals, ad previews, and content validation.
- Conduct weekly meetings with agencies to align on media plans, timelines, and deliverables, focusing on performance review and optimization.
- Work with media agencies on post-campaign analyses, evaluate campaign effectiveness, share results and insights, and establish feedback loops.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for Monthly Media ANP closing, ensuring media investments align with budgets and strategic shifts are approved.
- Support traffic acquisition strategy execution to achieve E-Commerce KPIs through SEA, SEO, and Paid social channels.
- Monitor daily campaign execution for optimal performance of traffic acquisition levers, challenging agencies for setup improvements.
- Analyze traffic data from media platforms, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards to derive actionable insights.
- Prepare media reports and industry trend analyses, conduct competitive analysis of digital trends and competitor activities.
- Manage completion and tracking of all POs and invoicing, and prepare monthly memos and reports.
- Handle ad hoc requests to support the Digital team.
- University degree in Marketing or Business, with a specialization or certification in Digital Marketing as an advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or digital media.
- Solution-focused approach with intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
- Interest and awareness of luxury brands.
- Proactivity and results-driven mindset.
- Teamwork and empathy.
- Sense of urgency and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or digital media.
University degree in Marketing or Business.
