- Support the daily tasks of digital media and eCommerce.
- Assist with the full-year eCommerce local activation plan and the implementation and testing of new features.
- Contribute to the operational tasks of digital media campaigns, including briefing and result tracking.
- Support retail media activations for new launches with key e-retailers, including briefing and result reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, analyzing eCommerce sales, campaign performance, consumer behavior, and benchmarking sites.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and campaigns related to influencer digital media campaigns.
- Assist with local eCommerce forecasting using total business distribution, benchmarks, past results, and potential opportunities.
- Track ongoing local and global digital trends to ensure up-to-date strategies and insights.
- Analyze and monitor competitors' websites, benchmarks, and campaigns.
- Master’s degree in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Scandinavian languages is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and collaborative team player.
- Digitally savvy with a passion for emerging digital trends and platforms.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Passion for luxury and the beauty sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and mid-level proficiency in Adobe Pack (Photoshop mainly). Knowledge of PowerBI & Business Manager, Google Analytics platforms is a plus.
Previous experience in e-retail, eCommerce, and/or digital marketing positions is considered advantageous.
Master’s degree in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
