- Support the management of digital media campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting alongside the Digital Media Manager.
- Collaborate with media agencies for campaign launches, ensuring adherence to guidelines and validation of ad previews.
- Coordinate weekly meetings with media agencies to align on media plans and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on data analytics, ensuring alignment with KPIs and revenue goals.
- Execute traffic acquisition strategies to meet E-commerce performance KPIs through SEA, SEO, and Paid Social.
- Drive SEO optimization through keyword research, on-page improvements, and content strategy, ensuring alignment with SEM and Paid Social campaigns.
- Provide administrative support for media operations, including processing POs and invoices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including E-commerce, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Retail, and Regional & Central Teams.
- Assist in website management and product launches, maintaining content such as product listings, banners, and promotions.
- Implement monthly online marketing and activation plans, coordinating with stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Support customer service inquiries related to online orders, product information, and website issues.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the E-commerce team for special projects or urgent matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field in Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and SEO tools is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content strategy.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is advantageous.
- Analytical and performance-driven mindset.
- Adaptability and eagerness to continuously learn and optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent interpersonal and listening abilities.
- Good organizational skills and proficiency in handling documentation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Beginner level experience in digital media and E-commerce operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or Digital Marketing.
