- Collaborate with the Travel Retail APAC Regional Marketing team to drive growth in e-Travel Retail channels, including e-retail, e-trade, and social media.
- Facilitate the development of Travel Retail digital projects by researching and reporting on best practices, trends, and activities within the WeChat ecosystem.
- Support user testing of digital projects and assist in content calendar preparation for WeChat, ensuring content translation from English to Chinese aligns with the brand's tone of voice.
- Adapt digital assets such as banners, visuals, and landing pages to required formats for digital projects, ensuring proper execution.
- Execute, monitor, and measure the success of Dior’s digital media campaigns, managing media content preparation in Chinese and collaborating with media agencies.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare post-campaign reports with key learnings for continuous optimization.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and administrative duties related to digital operations.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month internship from January 26 to June 26.
- University student or recent graduate seeking in-depth knowledge in digital marketing within a leading luxury beauty brand.
- Competency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is preferred for communication with regional stakeholders and handling Chinese documents.
- Previous experience in project management, WeChat ecosystem, or digital paid media is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong luxury/business acumen.
- Highly motivated and fast learner with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude with good project management abilities.
- Digitally savvy, organized, open-minded, and agile.
- Energetic with a desire to work in a multicultural environment.
Beginner level experience in digital marketing, project management, or related fields.
University student or fresh graduate.
