- Collaborate with the Travel Retail APAC Regional Marketing team to drive growth in e-Travel Retail, including e-retail, e-trade, and social media.
- Facilitate the scaling of TR digital campaigns across APAC by providing guidance, tools, and content to regional teams.
- Adapt digital assets such as banners and social media content to meet regional retailer requirements.
- Assist in translating content from English to Chinese, ensuring adherence to the brand's tone of voice.
- Support the preparation of online product assortments.
- Ensure proper execution of content and assets by retailers.
- Monitor and measure the success of Dior’s and competitors’ digital campaigns to optimize strategies.
- Report on best practices, trends, and activities within digital travel retail, including digital marketing, SEM, paid media, social media, and omnichannel.
- Utilize data and business intelligence reporting to understand the connected travel retail client.
- Update and compile product information and pack shots.
- Support in-house adaptation of banners.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month internship.
- University student or recent graduate seeking in-depth knowledge in digital marketing within a leading luxury beauty brand.
- Previous experience in e-business, e-retail, e-commerce, or social commerce is advantageous.
- Understanding of best practices across social platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and related photo-editing tools.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing.
- Knowledge of KOLs/Influencers.
- Strong analytical skills and autonomy with a sense of initiative.
- Competency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Creative mindset with luxury/business acumen.
- Highly motivated, fast learner with attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and good project management skills.
- Digitally savvy, organized, open-minded, and agile.
Beginner level experience in digital marketing or related fields.
University student or recent graduate.
