1. Assist in uploading and organizing training materials on the e-learning platform.
2. Localize or format digital content, including text proofreading and translation checks.
3. Provide basic support in content testing, such as reviewing module flow and checking for broken links.
4. Help maintain user lists and access rights in the learning platform.
5. Support tracking learner activity and download basic reports.
6. Flag technical issues to the team or service provider.
7. Assist in drafting short learning communications and preparing internal updates.
8. Participate in the preparation of local/internal content shoots and seminars.
9. Process purchase orders and follow up on training-related invoices.
10. Support file organization and internal databases for training materials and vendors.

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Education, or related field.
2. Strong interest in digital tools, training, and the luxury or beauty industry.

1. Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva or design tools.
2. Proficiency in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
3. Organized and detail-oriented.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a focus on willingness to learn and adapt.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Education, or related field.
