- Analyze and present training KPIs, new features, improvements, and processes of digital tools to markets and divisions.
- Propose innovative strategies based on KPIs to guide markets towards success.
- Ensure flawless implementation of all application features across markets and provide responsive technical support for any issues.
- Train new hires and central teams on digital tools such as MyDior, Mission Center, Power BI, Hiji, and Amberscript.
- Create video guides for 24/7 support and develop occasional digital training for divisions within MyDior.
- Propose new digital tools to enhance content creation for divisions.
- Participate in meetings with Teach On Mars to ensure the optimal functioning and skill development of the MyDior application.
- Contribute to the implementation of new features from needs assessment to deployment.
- Ensure continuous performance of features on MyDior, Mission Center, and Power BI.
- Deploy the Gifting Boutique and support markets in its implementation.
- Design new dashboards and improve existing ones for optimal data visualization in Power BI.
- Ensure the accuracy of the Power BI database and integrate all digital tools for precise data tracking.
- Train users and deploy the Hiji platform in markets and central operations, monitoring and maintaining its functionality.
- Implement new features on the Hiji platform to meet evolving needs.
- Maintain regular project follow-ups with partner agencies such as Altissima, Emeraude, and 202 Ecommerce to sustain fruitful collaborations.
- Identify new partner agencies and bring innovative ideas to support divisions.
- Bachelor's degree equivalent to BAC+5 from a business school or university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the cosmetics industry and within an international environment.
- Proven expertise in digital project management from conception to implementation.
- Experience in data analysis and KPI presentation.
- Skills in digital content development.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
