1. Oversee the editorial plan for the Learning & Development team's communications, including content creation, video editing, and article writing.
2. Deploy the international Data & AI training program, including translation of materials and coordination with various markets.
3. Analyze and share KPIs for different Learning & Development initiatives.
4. Develop and implement an international onboarding program.

1. Six months of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the luxury sector.

1. Fluency in both French and English.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Curiosity and awareness of digital and learning market trends.
4. Proficiency in IT and office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, and prompt engineering.

Entry-level experience in Learning & Development, ideally within the luxury industry.
