1. Lead the editorial plan for Learning & Development communications, including content creation, video editing, and article writing.
2. Implement the international Data & AI training program, including translation of materials and coordination with global markets.
3. Analyze and report on key performance indicators for various Learning & Development initiatives.
4. Develop and roll out an international onboarding program.

1. 6 months of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the luxury sector.

1. Fluency in both French and English.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Curiosity and awareness of digital and learning market trends.
4. Proficiency in office software (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI) and digital tools.

Entry-level experience, ideally with 6 months in Learning & Development within the luxury industry.
