- Support project management for the implementation of the annual training program and ad-hoc training sessions, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders, project tracking, and participation in informational meetings.
- Assist in organizing training events, both in-person sessions in Paris and occasional webinars.
- Create and manage training content within the Learning Management System (360Learning).
- Draft reports to monitor and measure the performance of training projects.
- Develop communication materials, including internal training announcements, guidelines, and toolkits for learners, HR, and managers.
- Edit videos or manage external providers for pre-recorded training sessions.
- Write articles on digital initiatives for publication on internal platforms such as LVMH and Diornet.
- Conduct research on global digital trends and their implications for digital professions.
- Monitor learning tools, new techniques, and functionalities.
- Master's degree program enrollment
- International profile with proficiency in English and professional-level French
- Strong interest in digital, luxury, and beauty sectors
- Excellent writing skills for articles, guidelines, or email campaigns
- Video editing proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in French and English, particularly in writing
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactivity
- Curiosity and ability to seek information
- Team spirit and willingness to contribute
- Experience with LMS 360Learning is advantageous
- Previous experience in event management is a plus
Entry-level, previous experience with advertisers or agencies preferred.
