- Assist in project management for the implementation of the annual training program and ad-hoc training sessions, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders, project tracking, and participation in informational meetings.
- Support the organization of training events, both in-person in Paris and through occasional webinars.
- Create and manage training content within the Learning Management System (360Learning).
- Draft reports to monitor and measure the performance of training projects.
- Develop communication materials for internal training announcements, guidelines, and toolkits for learners, HR, and managers.
- Edit videos or manage external providers for pre-recorded training sessions.
- Write articles on digital initiatives for publication on internal platforms such as LVMH and Diornet, involving contact with project owners and content validation.
- Conduct research on global digital trends and their implications for digital professions.
- Monitor learning tools, including e-learning and LMS, and explore new techniques and features.
- Master's degree program in progress
- International profile with professional proficiency in English and French
- Strong interest in digital, luxury, and beauty sectors
- Excellent writing skills for articles, guidelines, and email campaigns
- Video editing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in French and English, particularly in writing
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized
- Curiosity and ability to seek out information
- Team player with a willingness to contribute
- Experience with LMS 360Learning is a plus
- Previous experience in event management is a plus
