- Support project management for the implementation of the annual training program and ad hoc training sessions, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders, project tracking, and participation in information meetings.
- Assist in organizing training events, both in-person sessions in Paris and occasional webinars.
- Create and manage training content within the Learning Management System (360Learning).
- Draft reports to monitor and measure the performance of training projects.
- Develop communication materials for internal training announcements, guidelines, and toolkits for learners, HR, and managers.
- Edit or oversee video production for pre-recorded training sessions.
- Write articles on digital initiatives for publication on the internal LVMH and Diornet sites.
- Conduct research on global digital trends and their implications for digital professions.
- Monitor learning tools and new techniques and features in e-learning and LMS.
- Master's degree program enrollment
- International profile with professional proficiency in English and French
- Strong interest in digital, luxury, and beauty sectors
- Excellent writing skills for articles, guidelines, or email campaigns
- Video editing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in French and English, particularly in writing
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactivity
- Curiosity and information-seeking ability
- Team spirit and willingness to collaborate
- Experience with LMS 360Learning is a plus
- Previous experience in event management is a plus
No prior experience required; however, previous experience with advertisers or agencies is preferred.
Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program.
