Digital International Intern - Assistant Project Manager E-Retail

1. Assist the International E-Retail Project Manager in preparing skincare product launches and Christmas campaigns.
2. Coordinate and monitor the production and availability of campaign elements for authorized distributor sites in collaboration with central digital and marketing teams.
3. Conduct various analyses and research, including determining relevant KPIs for post-campaign analysis, competitive benchmarking, sharing best practices, and recommending innovations and improvements for Dior.
4. Support the formalization of launch strategies, including defining the launch kit, validating with marketing development teams, and providing associated content to markets.
5. Prepare and follow up on briefs with internal teams and external agencies for banners, emails, landing pages, content pages, social media, and product asset pages.
6. Monitor the production of product packshot and gift set shoots.
7. Manage operational requests from markets related to the animation plan and support specific activations.
8. Assist in implementing and managing online purchasing aid tools, such as the Skincare Diagnosis and potentially another service for Christmas animation.
9. Ensure the quality of authorized e-retailer sites and adherence to brand image on these sites.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent.
2. Interest in digital and e-business issues with ideally a first significant experience in this field.

3. Result-oriented with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Proficient in Excel.
5. Passionate about cosmetics and luxury.
6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Knowledge of CMS tools is appreciated.

Entry-level experience is acceptable.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent.

Internship from July to December 2025, located in Neuilly sur Seine.
