- Assist the International E-Retail Project Manager in preparing skincare product launches and Christmas campaign activities.
- Coordinate and oversee the production and distribution of campaign materials for authorized distributor websites, collaborating with central digital and marketing teams.
- Conduct various analyses and monitoring: determine relevant KPIs for post-campaign analysis, competitive benchmarking, sharing best practices, and recommending innovations and improvements for Dior.
- Support the formulation of launch strategies: define launch kits, validate with marketing development teams, and provide associated content to markets.
- Prepare and follow up on briefs with internal teams and external agencies for banners, email marketing, landing pages, content pages, social media, and product asset pages.
- Oversee the production of product packshot and gift set shoots.
- Manage operational requests from markets related to the animation plan and support specific activations.
- Assist in implementing and managing online purchase assistance tools, such as the Skincare Diagnosis, and potentially other services for Christmas animation.
- Monitor the quality of authorized e-retailer sites and ensure brand image consistency.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent program.
- Interest in digital and e-business challenges with ideally some prior experience in the field.
- Organized and meticulous with a proactive and open-minded approach.
- Result-oriented with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with CMS tools is highly valued.
Entry-level, ideally with some prior exposure to digital or e-business environments.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business or a related field.
