- Assist the E-commerce Project Manager in deploying major commercial events across international e-commerce platforms.
- Establish a biannual schedule of animations for Dior.com across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
- Define promotional highlights for each commercial event in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Create customer journey mockups using Figma in partnership with Marketing and Design teams.
- Develop animation kits for local markets with support from central teams.
- Compile local market needs for each commercial event and draft international briefs.
- Implement customer journeys on the site with the help of dedicated webmasters.
- Coordinate with country teams and central teams for schedule validation, translation requests, asset tracking, and specific page requests.
- Monitor site launches across all country sites and conduct regular audits in collaboration with Dior.com webmasters.
- Conduct global competitive analysis of animations and maintain a calendar tracking competitor activations.
- Analyze site performance to develop strategic recommendations and best practices for key events.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Communication, Digital Studies, or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- Organizational and rigorous approach.
- Proactive and open-minded attitude.
- Strong communication skills for daily interactions with digital, marketing, and market teams.
- Passion for cosmetics, luxury, and digital challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Google Analytics, Photoshop, Figma, and Content Square is advantageous.
Ideally possesses prior significant experience in the digital or luxury sector.
Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
