Digital E-commerce Project Assistant Intern

1. Assist in the deployment of commercial highlights across international e-commerce sites.
2. Establish a biannual animation schedule for Dior.com for each country.
3. Define site highlights for commercial events in collaboration with Marketing.
4. Create customer journey mockups using Figma with Marketing and Designers.
5. Develop animation kits for local markets with central teams.
6. Summarize local needs for each commercial event and draft international briefs.
7. Implement customer journeys on the site with dedicated webmasters.
8. Coordinate with country teams and central teams for planning validation, translation requests, and asset tracking.
9. Monitor site launches and conduct regular audits with Dior.com webmasters.
10. Conduct global competitive analysis and develop a calendar of competitor activations.
11. Track and analyze site performance to provide strategic recommendations.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Communication, Digital, or equivalent.
2. Organized, rigorous, proactive, and open-minded.
3. Strong communication skills for daily interactions with digital, marketing, and market teams.
4. Passionate about cosmetics, luxury, and digital challenges.
5. Fluent in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Photoshop, Figma, and Content Square is a plus.

Ideally, a first significant experience in the field.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Communication, Digital, or equivalent.
