- Assist in the development of the digital communication strategy for Dior Beauty's brand image at both local and global levels.
- Contribute to creative concept development and brand content creation across makeup, perfumes, and skincare.
- Collaborate on projects involving local celebrities, including guideline preparation, creative concept ideation, storyboard development, and post-production oversight.
- Support brand events such as pop-ups, film festivals, and exhibitions by preparing local content creation guidelines and overseeing content retouching.
- Participate in corporate events and special projects with Dior Couture, ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
- Organize product shoots, including product ordering and preparation.
- Research and analyze new digital communication trends, particularly on platforms like Douyin/TikTok.
- Monitor published content, especially celebrity-shared content, and compile reports.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in communication, advertising, or business.
- Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of Chinese is advantageous.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, versatility, and attention to detail.
- Aesthetic and creative sensibility with a passion for cosmetics and luxury brands.
- Strong understanding of digital trends and social media platforms, especially Asian platforms such as Line, Kakao, Weibo, WeChat, Douyin, Tmall, RED.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ideal candidates should have some prior experience in digital communication, brand content, or agency work within the luxury or cosmetics industry.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in communication, advertising, or business.
