1. Manage the Dior retail education digital platform (Mydior and SKILL UP).
2. Develop local content and deploy central modules, ensuring effective communication.
3. Manage digital KPIs and engage Beauty Consultants (BCs) in various digital activities.
4. Oversee user registration and enrollment processes.
5. Implement training programs related to Dior selling ceremony, clientelling, omni-channel client service, and soft skills.
6. Develop local selling methods and service protocols tailored to client profiles, including Generation Z, premium, and omni-channel users.
7. Coach BCs at Dior points of sale to enhance sales productivity and client satisfaction.
8. Conduct regular research on competitors' services, selling ceremonies, and training programs.
9. Plan and forecast seasonal BC uniforms in collaboration with the retail operations team.
10. Collaborate with central and regional retail education teams to address market needs.
