Christian Dior Digital & Administration Coordinator

- Manage and maintain Dior’s digital learning platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date and performance metrics are tracked.
- Collaborate with Trainers to develop and upload digital content and engagement activities for both in-person and online training sessions.
- Coordinate all training logistics, including travel arrangements, venue bookings, accommodation, catering, and materials preparation.
- Administer department expenses by raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and liaising with the Shared Services Centre.
- Prepare internal communications and manage training mailouts, starter packs, and supply needs.
- Maintain the training calendar, coordinate stockroom activities, and serve as the point of contact when Trainers are offsite.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in administration, coordination, or training support, preferably within the beauty, luxury retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Confidence in working with digital platforms and Learning Management System (LMS) tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and time management.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Proactive, can-do mindset with a passion for beauty and supporting team success.
A minimum of 3 years in administration, coordination, or training support, ideally within the beauty, luxury retail, or FMCG industries.
