1. Manage and maintain Dior’s digital learning platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date and performance metrics are tracked.
2. Collaborate with Trainers to develop and upload digital content and engagement activities for both in-person and online training sessions.
3. Coordinate all training logistics, including travel arrangements, venue bookings, accommodation, catering, and materials preparation.
4. Administer department expenses by raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and liaising with the Shared Services Centre.
5. Prepare internal communications and manage training mailouts, starter packs, and supply needs.
6. Maintain the training calendar, coordinate stockroom activities, and serve as the point of contact when Trainers are offsite.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in administration, coordination, or training support, preferably within the beauty, luxury retail, or FMCG sectors.

1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Confidence in working with digital platforms and Learning Management System (LMS) tools.
3. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and time management.
4. Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach.
5. Proactive, can-do mindset with a passion for beauty and supporting team success.
