1. Structure and maintain English documentation of software architecture using Confluence, including batch job flows, commerce cloud API mapping, and associated services.
2. Standardize data flow documentation for incoming and outgoing data using LucidChart diagrams.
3. Rename and organize technical assets for clear system origin and destination visibility.
4. Create a centralized technical repository.
5. Develop scripts to automate documentation and ensure continuous updates.
6. Standardize and optimize CLI tools to streamline e-commerce development workflows.
7. Participate in secure documentation of access credentials in line with best practices.

1. Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or JavaScript, ideally with Express.js or Node.js.
2. Knowledge of Confluence and best practices in multilingual documentation.
3. Ability to create and enhance CLI tools.
4. Understanding of XML file manipulation and APIs.
5. Adaptability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
6. Strong organizational skills to document and structure complex information.
7. Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
