Parfums Christian Dior Demand Planning Project Manager

- Lead operational coordination of the demand planning transformation project, organizing and facilitating follow-up meetings and ensuring progress under the supervision of the Business Process Owner.
- Conduct needs analysis by gathering, formalizing, and validating requirements from business and operations teams, participating in design workshops, and drafting functional specifications.
- Prepare and execute user tests, track anomalies, and validate corrections to ensure the excellence of tools and processes.
- Develop impactful training materials, organize support sessions, and monitor the adoption of new tools and processes.
- Track key project performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and propose proactive action plans for continuous enhancement.
- Degree from a prestigious engineering school.
- Significant experience in demand planning or supply chain with a strong inclination towards project management.
- Recognized for strong analytical skills, synthesis ability, and rigor in transforming complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Anaplan is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Process/project-oriented with a results-driven, proactive, and innovative approach.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, in a dynamic international context.
Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management, with a focus on project management.
Degree from a prestigious engineering school.
