Parfums Christian Dior Demand Planner

- Ensure excellence in forecasting for a designated product segment, utilizing machine learning for modeling and qualitative feedback from subsidiaries.
- Act as the central Demand Planner for Europe, supporting subsidiaries in adhering to processes and implementing best practices in forecasting and S&OP.
- Become a product and market expert, ensuring forecast alignment with marketing strategies, market specifics, and local activation plans.
- Prepare and lead key meetings with local and central teams to gather strategic insights and present analyses for S&OP decisions.
- Establish oneself as a business partner to refine and challenge short- and medium-term forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analyses, rigorous controls, and monthly communications, tracking key indicators and developing proactive corrective action plans.
- Train and coach an international community of Demand Planners on best practices, enhancing overall competencies within the Maison.
- Contribute actively to the business process redesign project, defining targets and supporting implementation to drive transformation.
- Degree from an engineering school or equivalent higher education.
- Significant experience in Supply Chain, with knowledge of S&OP processes or Demand Planning as a major asset.
- Strong analytical skills, synthesis ability, and rigor in transforming complex data into actionable and strategic information.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as PBI, Excel, and Anaplan is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to influence and facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Proactive and innovative approach to process/project orientation and results.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, in a dynamic international context.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, with a focus on Supply Chain or Demand Planning.
Degree from an engineering school or equivalent higher education.
