1. Ensure the reliability of sales forecasts for assigned product portfolio within the S&OP process.
2. Collaborate closely with subsidiaries and marketing, financial, and commercial teams.
3. Contribute to the global overhaul of the forecasting process, implementing new approaches and tools such as Machine Learning.
4. Support subsidiaries to ensure adherence to processes and implementation of best practices.
5. Act as the primary contact for markets, serving as a business partner to construct, refine, and challenge short and medium-term forecasts.
6. Ensure forecast alignment with marketing strategy, market specifics, and local activation plans.
7. Prepare and lead meetings with local and central communities to challenge and gather business and supply information for S&OP decision-making.
8. Conduct monthly analyses, controls, and communications.
9. Monitor key indicators (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Budget Variance) and establish corrective action plans.
10. Train and coach an international community of forecasters on best practices.
11. Contribute to defining targets in the context of the business process overhaul project.

1. Degree from an engineering school.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally with Demand Planning experience.
3. Experience with S&OP processes is advantageous.

4. Proactive with the ability to challenge and convince.
5. Proficiency in analytical tools: PBI, Excel.
6. Fluent in English.

Minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain, with a focus on Demand Planning.

Degree from an engineering school.
