Demand Planner

- Ensure the reliability of sales forecasts for a product portfolio within the S&OP process.
- Collaborate closely with subsidiaries and marketing, financial, and commercial teams.
- Contribute to the global overhaul of the forecasting process using new approaches and tools like Machine Learning.
- Support subsidiaries to ensure adherence to processes and implementation of best practices.
- Act as the primary contact for markets, building, refining, and challenging short and medium-term forecasts.
- Ensure forecast alignment with marketing strategy, market specifics, and local plans.
- Prepare and lead meetings with local and central communities to gather business and supply information for the S&OP decision-making process.
- Conduct analyses, controls, and monthly communications.
- Monitor key indicators (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Budget Variance) and establish corrective action plans.
- Train and coach an international community of forecasters on best practices.
- Contribute to defining targets in the business process overhaul project.
- Degree from an engineering school.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally with Demand Planning experience.
- Experience with the S&OP process is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Process/project and result-oriented.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Proactive with the ability to challenge and convince.
- Proficiency in analysis tools: PBI, Excel.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally with Demand Planning experience.
