- Lead the 'Europe Client Data Accelerator' program, aligning client use case strategies with Data Office Europe priorities.
- Coordinate program progress, stakeholder engagement, and data product delivery timelines.
- Conduct regional and local analyses to identify sales, marketing, and customer behavior trends.
- Identify new opportunities through client data in line with European strategy and local specifics.
- Develop data use cases across various functions such as media, CRM, e-commerce, and customer service.
- Analyze use case performance and KPIs, providing recommendations to optimize data products.
- Create onboarding and reporting materials, including workflow instructions and performance reports.
- Contribute to the design, management, and deployment of major data and AI projects initiated by Data Office Europe.
- Prepare workshops and support market deployments for data and AI innovations.
- Promote data and AI initiatives within Parfums Christian Dior and LVMH communities.
- Develop formats to foster a data-driven mindset and ensure tool adoption across European teams and markets.
- Degree from an engineering school, business school, or university.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a consultant, project manager, or data analyst in an international company, preferably in beauty, luxury, or technology sectors.
- Experience in CRM, marketing, or e-commerce is highly valued.
- Ability to work autonomously with strong project management skills in a complex, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of data and AI solutions, familiarity with machine learning concepts, big data ecosystems, and cloud platforms.
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and passion for data-driven initiatives.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data management or project management roles, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or technology sectors.
Degree from an engineering school, business school, or university.
