- Define and strategize data use cases in alignment with Europe Data Office priorities and HQ Data team capabilities.
- Frame data use cases across various functions including media, CRM, e-commerce, and customer service.
- Monitor the deployment of use cases, coordinating with stakeholders such as HQ Data teams, local markets, and Beauty Tech.
- Analyze use case performance and KPIs, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to extract key insights and identify new data-driven business opportunities.
- Create and present onboarding and reporting documentation, including workflow instructions and performance reports.
- Participate in the design, pilot, and roll-out of large-scale data and AI projects initiated by the Europe Data Office.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement reliable and scalable data solutions.
- Execute technical tasks such as creating dashboards and reports in Power BI, data manipulation using SQL, and advanced analysis with Python.
- Promote data and AI initiatives within Parfums Christian Dior and the broader LVMH community.
- Develop formats to enhance data acculturation and encourage a data-driven mindset across Europe teams and markets.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a specialization in data or computer science.
- 3-5 years of experience in roles such as consultant, project manager, product owner, or data analyst within an international organization, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or tech industry.
- Experience in CRM, Marketing, or E-commerce is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL; knowledge of Python and experience with BigQuery is advantageous.
- Strong independent working ability with solid project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a passion for data-driven initiatives.
- Full proficiency in English; French is preferred.
3-5 years in relevant roles within international organizations, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or tech sectors.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with a focus on data or computer science.
