- Oversee the portfolio of data and AI projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate the delivery of AI use cases from ideation to launch, including continuous improvement.
- Identify and prioritize data use cases in collaboration with business partners and IT departments.
- Define KPIs and ensure consistent measurement across all initiatives.
- Own the Data-product vision and backlog, ensuring alignment with market and business partner expectations.
- Drive the framing and delivery of data, AI, and GenAI use cases, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and ensure adherence to agile principles.
- Facilitate project governance and ensure compliance with data governance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Graduated from a top-tier Engineering or Business School.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in data-focused roles, preferably within Retail, Luxury Goods, or Management Consulting.
- Experience in strategy consulting and international environments is highly appreciated.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering Data/AI use cases.
- Strategic thinker with an innovative mindset.
- Detail-oriented planner with a focus on deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business unit leaders and team members.
- Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and big data ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and solid project management skills.
- Proficiency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data-focused roles, ideally within relevant industries such as Retail or Luxury Goods.
Graduated from a top-tier Engineering or Business School.
