- Identify strategic opportunities for data-driven business impact in collaboration with the Head of Data Strategy & Growth.
- Prioritize and align data use cases with business partners across various departments such as CRM, e-Commerce, and Supply Chain.
- Define KPIs and ensure consistent measurement across initiatives with stakeholders.
- Develop and own the Data-product vision, including AI and GenAI, in partnership with markets and business partners.
- Manage the backlog of data/AI use cases and ensure value delivery aligns with expectations.
- Drive the framing and execution of data/AI/GenAI use cases, collaborating with data scientists and engineers.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and facilitate project governance adhering to agile principles.
- Foresee risks and escalate alerts to management as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Graduated from a top-tier Engineering or Business School.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in data-focused roles, preferably in Retail, Luxury Goods, or Management Consulting.
- Experience in strategy consulting and international environments is highly appreciated.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering Data/AI use cases.
- Strategic thinker with an innovative mindset.
- Detail-oriented planner with a focus on deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with business leaders and team members.
- Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and big data ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies for delivering data use cases.
- Solid project management skills, including framing and analytical rigor.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data-focused roles, ideally within Retail, Luxury Goods, or Management Consulting.
Graduated from a top-tier Engineering or Business School.
