- Coordinate and consolidate data for weekly and monthly sell-out and inventory reporting, ensuring data clarity for the team.
- Manage Salesforce data uploads, maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Assist in the design and automation of traffic data processes to streamline ETL operations.
- Seek improvements in data and business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Track daily costs and coordinate with the team to ensure alignment with financial data.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project and process documentation, particularly in data management.
- Design and implement market intelligence dashboards and associated data pipelines.
- Maintain data repositories to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
- Identify opportunities to integrate generative AI tools for operational efficiency.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance workflows using AI and automation.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models for demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Validate model performance and refine algorithms based on business needs.
- Assist in training office and retail staff on Excel, Power BI, and AI tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for numbers and data analysis.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship for six months.
