Parfums Christian Dior Customer Service Specialist

- Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders from initial receipt to fulfillment.
- Manage the returns process, ensuring timely processing of returns, credits, and exchanges, while minimizing losses and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer claims related to damaged goods, shortages, or other order discrepancies, ensuring fair and efficient resolution.
- Monitor and follow up on order flow to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with other departments within the company, particularly marketing, commercial/retail, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service position within the consumer goods or luxury industry.
- Experience in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing environments and business needs.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service position within the consumer goods or luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
